December. This year has been both fast and slow. Days seem to go by slowly but the months themselves have flew by. I had things I wanted to do but atlas they have not been done. Two more books were slated for this year to be pubbed, however they were not even written. Seasonal Disorder hit me around October and I just did not have a lot energy to work much on my WIP.
I was also late with my Winterization of my trailer and my housekeeping has been bad. Looks like a tornado or a bomb has gone off inside. My meds keep me stable for the most part but sometimes I just feel so tired. Increased dosage doesn't always help. But settling down with a slasher movie does. Yelling at how stupid the people are--going into the basement at night, answering the door when you're alone, running outside towards creepy sounds. You got to know the horror rules. Scary Movie franchise has shown us that.
Anyway, I'm going to get myself back into steady writing. Anyway we will see what the new year brings soon enough.
I'm going to be working on my next WIP like I was supposed to be.
The WIP is Deadly Sea, EV companion book. I want to finish my Elemental Voice series. I have over 14 books out yet not a series is complete. 4 of the 5 main series books are out and 2 of the 4 novellas are out. I also want to get one of my Fallborn dragon books out this year. I'm being ambitious this year I want to get three book out before the end of the year.
I'm still looking for events close to me to vend at but when you live in the middle of nowhere Missouri it's hard. Most events happen on the East or West coasts and the cost of travel would be prohibitive. But my dream is to go to JordanCon at least one year as a goer then as a vendor. Gotta have a dream right?!
As of right now there are two novellas, a 'companion' series to EV, Deadly Sands and Deadly Flames. Right now I have the ideas for just the four novellas, two of which are published as stated, but with my muse being so fickle who knows if more may come. The third novella is started as I mentioned above. Book 5 of EV is slated to at least be started next year though.

They are set in a world where psychics consult regularly with the police and vampires live next door. The FMC Sara reads the earth like a medium hears the dead and finds dead bodies for the local sheriff's office in the first book then works with her vampire FBI agent fiancee in the later books. There is to be five books in this series. I may come back to this world and do a new series. Depends on my muse and time. I have soo many books in my writing queue.

These older books are in what I call 'movie style' or pulp. Fast paced and action oriented with little description and a lot of dialog. They are also my first books, full of my inexperience but also full of my creativity. I have left them as is. Sentimentality. The rest of the books will be in the same style.
I'll try to update periodically. But this blog may get dusty. And repetitive.
